- No cross-contamination - Our gluten-free food is kept apart from everything else, including during the frying process
- Safe storage - Once your food is cooked, it goes straight onto a separate hot plate, so it stays safe and ready to serve

We’ve worked hard to get our gluten-free batter perfect, it’s packed with flavour, just like our regular batter but without the gluten! It’s made using specially sourced gluten-free ingredients, so it’s safe for you to enjoy without compromising on taste.

A: You can order gluten-free online, please just specify in the notes that you’d like it gluten-free (on Mondays and Saturdays only). We also always label the box with gluten-free stickers to make it easier for you.
